How to use Bulk QR Generator

  1. Paste lines of content (one per line) or upload a CSV file.
  2. Use CSV format with optional filename column: content, filename
  3. Pick colors, error correction level, and size for all codes.
  4. Click Generate to create all QR codes and download them as a ZIP.

When to use bulk QR generation

Product catalogs often need QR codes for every SKU — linking to product pages, care instructions, or warranty registration. Generating them one by one is tedious; bulk generation lets you produce hundreds in a single operation.

Event wristbands, gift cards with activation codes, asset tracking stickers, loyalty program cards — any scenario where you need unique QR codes at scale benefits from a CSV-driven workflow.

The second CSV column lets you control filenames, which is useful for mapping codes back to your data. 'product-sku-123.png' is easier to find than 'qr-42.png' when you need to attach it to the right catalog entry.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many QR codes can I generate at once?
Up to 500 per batch. For very large batches, split them up — browsers have memory limits that vary by device.
What input formats work?
CSV file upload or pasted text. Each row becomes a QR code. The first column is the content; the second column (optional) is used as the filename prefix.
Can I mix content types in one batch?
Yes. Each row is encoded as-is, so some rows can be URLs, others can be plain text, vCard strings, or Wi-Fi credentials. Whatever you put in the cell becomes the QR content.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. All QR generation and ZIP packaging happens locally in your browser.
